Ok, I am having such a writer's block.

I am just having SUCH a hard time finding something to write about. I guess nothing really interesting has been going on recently. I have been able to find something to post about today though. Bowling!!!

For my birthday we went bowling with our grandparents, aunt and cousins. I bowled absolutely terribly, but we had fun anyway. :)

David found this old tie somewhere, and he was wearing it around.

Emily with Grandma and Grandpa

This is Annabeth jumping up and down after she got a strike.

I caught Aunt Lori's ball in mid-air:)

Earlier that day Hannah got her hair cut. It looks really cute short but I miss her long hair.

Here's a good picture to show you just how short it is.

We also went swimming earlier this week. Mom didn't get in, so she took pictures.

There were other kids there besides us.

Left to Right: Hannah, Me, Jonathan, Daniel, Travis, Emily, and Marissa is under the water.

This is such a cool picture.

Yesterday we took a family shopping trip. First we went to K-mart where we got little kids socks. Sarah and Annabeth got really funky ones.

These are the ones Sarah's wearing today.

Annabeth's

After we went to Kmart, we went to Costco. We've needed a new vaccuum cleaner for a long time, and they were having a sale on one that Mom really wanted. So, we went to get it.

You would not believe how much dirt this vaccuum got out of our floor.

Well, that's it for this post! I should have tons to post about this week. On Wednesday we're going to Breakers water park with friends, on Friday we're having friends over for dinner, and on Sunday we're having our Summer birthday party at our house. (We don't do friend parties, and we don't do individual parties for each of us, we do 2 big birthday parties every year)

Can Somebody Please Slap Me?!!!!

I know. I've been an absolutely terrible blogger recently. For some reason every time I think about it, I'm busy doing something, and when I'm not doing anything, I forget about it. But I'm here now, ready to post. I said in my last post that the Lynch family was coming over. Well, that never happened. They'll come sometime this week though. On Thursday we went swimming at my grandma's house again, and on Friday was a very special day for me. My 14th birthday!!! It was a great day.

We had pancakes for breakfast and I ended up making them (which I don't really mind since I love to cook).

14 is the age at which us kids are allowed to open up our keepsake boxes for the first time.

Here I was explaining to Annabeth how a family tree worked.

I CANNOT believe this actually fit me at one point!

I had probably about 200 cards (literally) in the boxes.

You can't really see it very well, but there's a little bracelet on my finger. I'm saving that for my first baby girl.

Again, you can't see it very well, but there's a ruby ring in that heart box.

This is a really goofy picture of Jonathan and I in our U of A clothes. (Anyone who knows me really well knows that I am a HUGE U of A fan:) )

When I was about 3, I started playing tee-ball. This is an old picture. And yes, I'm wearing pants *Gasp*.

I tried to put this on. It didn't fit.

One of my old sonogram pictures.

This was an adorable plastic canvas cake that my Nana made for me years ago. I used to have so much fun playing with it.

For dinner we had a casserole that was like pizza and spaghetti mixed together. It was so good. (If anyone wants the recipe for it, comment and I will do a post with it soon) Then for dessert, we went out and bought a plain cheesecake, crushed up Butterfinger candy bars, and put them on the top. It was really good. Although next time it needs less Butterfinger...

A very un-professional picture of the cheesecake.

And that's it for my birthday! It was a great time.

Yesterday we went to the farm. Most of the time was spent doing weeds and picking up nails. The people who owned the house originally burned TONS of wood that was full of nails, and then didn't pick up the nails. So before we can clear all of the weeds with the tractor, we need to pick up all the nails.

Right after dinner it started raining really hard, so we stayed inside and started playing games. Us older kids found out we really liked Slap Jack, and Dad played Spoons with us. We had such a blast.

Some of the kids were having fun playing checkers.

Jonathan and I playing Slap Jack.

Here I had already gotten four of a kind, and was just waiting for everyone else to realize that I had picked up a spoon:)

Well, that's it for this post! If I don't post much this week, I give you permission to come up and slap me :)

Untitled Post

So, I've been sitting here thinking about a name for this post for a while, and I can't come up with anything. So, untitled post will have to do. This post is so random that there wasn't a good name that if everything.

Sorry I've been such a bad blogger lately. We were really busy this week, so be prepared for a REALLY long post with LOTS of pictures.

So, let's start with last Wednesday. We had Emily and Daniel over for a sleepover and FINALLY got pictures!!!

We had cherries with lunch and Sarah got.....well....let's just say she needed some attendence.

Sarah and Emily

David and Daniel

Annabeth was REALLY excited about Emily and Daniel coming:)

We tried to get a girl cousin picture, but Daniel jumped in right as the flash went off :)

I'm not exactly sure how David's feet got into the picture.....

After dinner we went outside to play baseball. It was nice, because baseball is one of my favorite sports, and it's hard when you only have 3 people who can play well.

We also went out Thursday morning.

While we were playing baseball, David was playing with a bubble gun that we had gotten for the 4th of July.

Every year we try to get an annual cousin photo, and these were our attempts.

We went out to play with water balloons. This bucket was all yellow on the top, but Mom said it looked like a science, cell type thing, so I put some red ones in there.

Can you see the balloon in mid-air?

On Friday I went to Grandma's and Grandpa's house for a sleepover. It was a lot of fun. I went swimming 3 times, went shopping, watched a movie and hung out with my cousins.

On Saturday when Mom and the kids came to pick me up, we went swimming (that's the 3rd time). After that we went home because we had to pack to go to the farm before Dad got home. So we got ready and headed down. We dropped off Serina and unloaded the trunk and then headed over to our friends the Krause's house. We got to see their adorable baby goats, pushed the younger kids on their tire swing, (they have 2 toddlers) and Jonathan got to watch their oldest son Jonathan weld. By the time that we got back to the house, Dad got there. Pretty much the whole weekend he worked on fixing the facia on the outside of the house. The stuff that was there was really bad, so Dad has been working on replacing it. I was his helper this weekend.

For some reason his saw was smoking, and it made for a pretty cool picture.

Goofy.

Well, that's all for today! Tomorrow the Lynch family is coming over again so I should have some pictures from that.
