These are some rather.... interesting conversations that have happened lately that I thought I should post. :)
#1. Annabeth was letting Danielle hold her water bottle, and when she tried to bring it to her mouth, Annabeth said "Danielle, you don't eat it, you just look. It's like a museum."
#2. We were reading in Proverbs one morning several years ago for our morning devotions. Now, this was before David could read, so Mom would tell him the words, and then he'd repeat them. So we came to the word 'seductress'. So David's repeating the phrase that Mom gave him, and he goes "...*insert beginning of phrase here*....Doctor's Office." So everyone's laughing, and Mom goes "No buddy. Seductress, not Doctor's Office." And he replies, "I like doctor's office better."
#3. We were on our way to a graduation ceremony, and we stopped at Walgreens first. So we're all piling out of the car and Jonathan goes "Look! It's a kid despenser!"
#4. (This one was forever ago) During school one day, Mom was testing David about Adam and Eve. So she asked him what the first man's name was, and he answered Adam. Then, she asked what his wife's name was. He thought for a minute, and replied "Girlus"

Awkward and Awesome
Awkward:
~ This driving situation: You're in the left lane just past an intersection, and there's a semi trying to turn right right next to you, and so they swing out to make the turn. So you move to the left to go around them, and a car comes from the other direction to turn left at the intersection, so you have to actually stop in the road to avoid either hitting the semi turning right, or the car in the turn lane turning left. Yeah, not much fun.
~ Trying to explain to people why I don't believe in dating or college. Yeah, a lot of people just don't get it, and it's hard to explain it in a way that they will.
~ Walking through the store with a basket full of yarn to buy. People give you weird looks. They just don't seem to understand that some kids have better things to do than stare at their phones or gossip with their friends all day long.
~ Coming to your home in town, which has air conditioning, and being freezing at night because it's so cold compared to the house with no air conditioning. Seriously. It's cold compared to the farm house.
~ Sitting in on Hannah's fiddle lesson. Yeah, that can be very awkward.
~ Talking with people about my business. Online, I can do it just fine. No problems whatsoever. But when it's in person, I feel really awkward talking about it. Especially when people ask me about the money aspect of it.
Awesome:
~ Going to my dad's softball game, and actually getting to be in the dugout. It actually makes you feel like you're a part of it, even though you aren't actually playing.
~ Poptarts. That may sound pathetic, but this morning was the first time I've had them in probably 8 months.
~ Making my number of blankets to make go from 18 to 16 in one day.
~ Having ice-cold water. Again, this may sound pathetic, but when you live in a house that doesn't have a fridge with an ice maker, so you have to drink lukewarm water, a glass of water with ice in it is like heaven.
~ Getting to drive pretty much everywhere we go. Well, except for when Dad's with us, and except for when we're driving in the middle of town. Mom can't ride in the back seat, and Mom wants me to drive the little van in the middle of town, instead of our big 12 passenger van. But the only time we take the little van is when only some of us go, and whenever we go to town all of us go. So I haven't had any chances to drive in town yet.
~ Having my voice teacher on Sunday call me over to the piano and ask me to sing with him. We sang for like a half hour after church, and it was so much fun, especially since I haven't had voice lessons since the third week of May. I'm missing it pretty much. So that made it extra fun. :)

Some new pages
Hi all! Yesterday I added 2 new pages: About Me and 103 in 2013. I decided that first of all, I haven't really 'introduced myself' since I started my blog, so I made a quick page about me. Also, I made a 103 in 2013 list. It's a list of 103 things I want to do this year. Hey, it's a little late, but better late than never! So go check those out when you have the chance, and let me know what you think!!!

100th post!!!
Well, actually, more like 1,000th. This is just the 100th post that's actually been posted. :) There have been so many times where I've had to go through and delete all the drafts that seemed like a good idea at the time, but then later not so much. :)
Anyway..... I have kind of a problem. See, right now, I have 17 blankets to make. Yup, you read that right. 17. I had 5 to do, which was great, because it wouldn't take me long to do, and then I had a lady in Canada ask me to make 10 more for her. So I have this huge order now to deal with. Don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled about it, and it's pretty exciting to know that someone actually wants 10 of my blankets. She has a gift basket business she wants to use them for. So now I've got 15 to make. Then, before I have the chance to go on my site and put something like "Due to a very large order, all blankets will be made and shipped out July 15th" someone buys 2 more. So now I've got 17. And I'm really feeling kind of stressed. And what I tend to do when I'm stressed is procrastinate. I put off whatever I have to do until I feel like it, which makes things worse. So now I've got 17 blankets to make by the middle of July. And that's a HUGE commitment. Plus, not to mention the fact that I've got school, we're having our whole church over on the 4th of July, AND I've been trying to make some blankets to donate to CPC. So if y'all wouldn't mind praying for me, I would really appreciate it. I really don't want to close down my shop again, but I'm just not sure how to handle all of this.....
Ok! On a lighter note, I'm almost halfway done with Geometry, which is pretty good since I started May 28th. It's just clicking for me in a way Algebra didn't. Although, today I came to the conclusion that I just plain don't like math. Forget Algebra, it's just math I don't like. Science, eh, I can do decently I suppose. English, ok. Bible, yeah that's pretty good. History, I don't like all the memorization but I'm pretty good at it. But math... Bleck!!! I'm gonna be so happy when I finally graduate, if for no other reason than I don't have to do any more math. :)
Oh, I've been having so much fun with the piano lately. I love to just sit down at the piano and play and sing for forever. :) In fact, this may sound crazy, but I don't think I've gotten out my violin in like 3 weeks because I've been having so much fun on the piano. I think I posted about how we got a new one recently, and I like it 10 times more than our old one. Plus, Hannah likes to come sing with me which makes it pretty awesome. I've tried doing harmony before, but it doesn't work very well because Hannah can't sing melody when someone's singing harmony. I can do it, but she can't. Ah well. We'll have to work on that. :)
Ok, one more thing before I sign off. I was thinking, and I realized that I really haven't done an 'about me' post since I started the blog. So, I thought I'd make a new page with some info about me for all of you who go "What the heck is she talking about???" :D So be on the lookout for that.

First outfit post: black and pink
Ok! So here's my first outfit post! It's not what I'd like it to be, but that's ok. For one thing, this was totally a spur of the moment thing. I literally called Hannah and said "Hannah, it's cloudy out. Come on!" And we walked out the door. The first picture is my favorite, but Hannah got her finger it it. Ah well. It's ok. And then a couple of them are pretty dark. Oh well. Let me know what you think!

Busy week
Wow, we've got a busy week this coming week. Thankfully Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday were (and are) nice and quiet, but starting Thursday it's crazy busy. Thursday we have piano lessons like normal, but after lessons we'll go to my grandma's house. My cousins from the Middle East are coming to visit for the summer again. They're flying in tomorrow night, and we'll go see them Thursday. Emily will stay for a week, and then she and Grandma will leave for Florida to get her set up for college this fall. Meanwhile, Daniel will stay with Grandpa. Then, Grandma will come back after a couple of days, and Emily will stay in Florida. July 1st my aunt is coming, (she has to stay until then because of work stuff) and August 1st my uncle and Emily will come back. It's confusing. :) Anyway, we'll go see them Thursday, and then Thursday night Dad has his last softball game of the season. They're in a tournament, so they'll play at 7:30, and then if they win they'll play at 8:30. We'll stay in town overnight, and then come home Friday.
Friday is the day Dad is supposed to take off, but for some reason he has to work. We were going to borrow a tractor from a neighbor to mow the weeds that day, but since he has to work I guess Dad's going to do it Thursday morning. Apparently he doesn't have to work until the afternoon. I don't think we have anything else that we have to do Friday though...
Saturday night all of us are going to the Gaslight Theatre in town. That'll be super fun. I've posted about going there before. This time they're doing a spoof of "The Amazing Spider Man." It'll be different this time in that we've seen that movie, where all of the other plays we've been to have been based on things we haven't seen. It should be interesting. :) That starts at 8:30, so it'll be late...
Sunday we're going to a family barbeque at my grandparent's house, since it's Father's Day. We'll also go swimming, which'll be awesome. :) Then, we'll go to my other grandma's house to visit. At church that night we're helping with worship. The MacDonalds are doing it, and we're going to do a song with them. Jonathan'll be playing piano, Dad's doing guitar, and the rest of us are singing. I really would prefer to do violin, but that's ok. I suppose the more I sing in front of people, the more used to it I'll be. This is our first time doing any sort of worship-type thing, so it'll be interesting. Also they're doing it next month, (the day before my birthday actually) and Mrs. MacDonald invited us to do it again. Not sure if we will, but it's something to think about.
Also, I know I said in my comment a couple posts ago that I was going to post about the conference. Well, I wanted to, and I actually sat down to, but for some reason I went totally blank. I got TONS out of it, and the Lord layed so many things on my heart, but for some reason when I wanted type it out, I just couldn't think of anything to say. So, that post isn't coming. Sorry!
Also, I promise I will be doing some outfit posts. I've had so many recently I've wanted to post, but most of the time they're outfits I wear when I'm going someplace, and most of the time I don't have time to go do a photo shoot. :) I'll figure it out though. Hopefully I can take some pics tomorrow.
Oh, and here's a post I've been thinking of doing. I thought I'd do one where you guys can ask me questions, and then I'll answer them. Would anybody be interested in that? Does anyone have anything they want to know about me?
Ok, until next time!!!

New Pattern
Hooray!!! I finally got the pattern for my shell blanket listed in my Etsy shop! I'm super excited about it. It's taken me forever. First of all, it took me awhile before I was working on a shell blanket where I didn't have to hurry, and could take the time to take pictures. Then, once I got the pictures, I just never got around to actually writing the pattern. The pics sat on my phone for probably about a month and a half. But this morning I finally took the time to write up the pattern, and I got it listed.
Now I finally have all 3 patterns up. Took me awhile, but I did it. :)
I also got some bracelets listed. A friend of mine made them, and I'm selling them for her. I think I got 5 up, and I have 10 more. I've got the pictures, but I have to list them.
This is my favorite of the bracelets. I also have some anklets, but they're smaller, so I have to have Sarah or Annabeth model them (Hannah modeled the bracelets).
I also have 3 new blankets to list, but I have to get ribbon first. That'll have to wait until I go to town on Thursday.
Oh! And tomorrow I'm going to do a post about my WIP's (Work in Progress). I'm working on some really neat stuff right now (not Etsy related), that I want to share with ya'll!

New Background
Yes, yes. I know it's the middle of summer. In Arizona. In 100* weather. I know that a background with snowflakes doesn't exactly fit the time of year. But see, around this time of year, it gets to be so hot that you want to go into a freezer and stay there for 3 weeks straight. But, since I can't actually do that, I decided to just get a new background that was wintery. And I like this one. So that's what it is going to be. So there. :)
